Her2 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document contains the terms and conditions governing use of the her2 platform. By registering for or using any her2 services, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein. Please read carefully before proceeding.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the her2 platform – including the website, mobile app and related services – you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the her2 platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and her2. This platform operates in accordance with applicable laws, and these terms shall be interpreted in line with Malaysian law. Continued use of the her2 platform following any changes to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Creation and Security

To access the full range of her2 services, you are required to register an account by providing truthful, accurate and complete information. Each user is permitted only one active account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. her2 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify her2 immediately via customer support.

Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or when unusual account activity is detected. Valid identification documents under Malaysian law may be requested at any time for compliance purposes.

User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules

Her2 users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in their location. Using the platform for fraudulent activity, money laundering, falsification of information, or any other unlawful activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Users are prohibited from using any automated software, bots, scripts or other technical means to access or manipulate the her2 platform without written authorisation. Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities, compromise other users' accounts, or disrupt platform operations is a serious offence that may result in legal action.

All her2 users must be 18 years of age or older. Access to or use of the platform by underage individuals is strictly prohibited. her2 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.

Payment and Transaction Information in MYR

All transactions on the her2 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via supported payment methods, including local eWallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost) and bank transfers via FPX. her2 does not accept payments in foreign currencies directly.

Deposits are credited to the user's account once successfully confirmed by the payment provider. her2 is not liable for delays caused by third-party systems or banks. Withdrawals are processed in accordance with the applicable limit policies and processing timeframes, and may be subject to compliance review prior to approval.

Her2 reserves the right to hold or temporarily suspend withdrawals while an investigation is conducted if there are indicators of suspicious activity. Any transaction fees charged by the bank or payment provider are the user's responsibility. Account Policy – Suspension and Closure

Her2 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to: breach of these terms, fraud or attempted fraud, money laundering activity, operating multiple accounts, providing false information during registration or verification, or abuse of promotions and bonuses.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting her2 customer support. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal subject to applicable wagering and compliance requirements. Closed accounts cannot be reopened without specific approval from her2.

In cases where an account is suspended due to an investigation, the account balance will be frozen until the investigation is concluded. her2's decisions regarding account suspension or closure are final, subject to the available internal appeals process.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Changes to Terms

Limitation of Liability

Her2 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet any specific user requirements. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, her2 is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of this platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the her2 platform – including logos, designs, text, graphics, software and databases – is the exclusive property of her2 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, sell or exploit any such content without the express written consent of her2.

Third-Party Links

The her2 platform may contain references to third-party services such as payment providers or game providers. her2 is not responsible for the policies, content or privacy practices of any such third parties. Users interact with third parties at their own risk.

Changes to Terms

Her2 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform.
